Welcome to Thanet Languages

My name is Liz and I have more than 30 years' experience teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and French to children 16+ and adults. 

 

I meet students in public places for 1-1 teaching in Thanet, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Medway or online (up to 5 hours time difference).

​

I can teach English for IELTS (Academic and General) , OET (Medical English), University of Cambridge exams, UK Government approved visa tests (GESE) or just for pleasure and daily use.

​

I can teach French GCSE and up to A level, plus some commercial language. 

 

I have taught business executives and owners, nurses, doctors, midwives, a journalist, a video-games creator, , smallholders and a journalist, plus exam candidates, homemakers, holidaymakers and students.

Terms and Conditions:

To change or cancel a lesson students must give a minimum of 24 hours notice   Otherwise we will retain the fee paid.

Thanet Languages will keep a database of student contact information and may contact individuals from time to time, for example to ask if they would like to participate in a student trip.
